Alexis Caraux has a sommelier diploma since 2011. He first started in wine by creating a range of tourist products to introduce French wine to foreign visitors.
Since 2015, he has been training the staff of restaurants, including some “Michelin-starred” restaurants. He travels abroad several times a year to give lectures on French wine.
Between 2017 and 2020, he has been in charge of a Loire Valley appellation : the vineyard of Bourgueil.
Today Alexis teaches French wine online and helps his clients fill their cellars with the best of French wine!
